1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from Explore Heaven Kashmir. Prices shown on this website are sample starting prices and are subject to change based on season, availability and final itinerary.

2. Payments

Payment schedules (advance and balance) are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Full payment is generally required before the start of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Traveller Responsibilities

  • Carry valid government-issued photo identification for all travellers, including children.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled transfers, sightseeing and activities.
  • Follow safety guidance provided during adventure activities (trekking, rafting, skiing, etc.).
  • Disclose any medical conditions relevant to high-altitude travel in advance.

4. Itinerary Changes

Sightseeing sequence, hotel names and activity timings may change due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions or safety considerations. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives of equal or better value.

5. Liability

Explore Heaven Kashmir acts as an agent facilitating hotels, transport, houseboats and activity providers, and is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural events and government restrictions).

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers, particularly those on high-altitude itineraries (Ladakh, Sonamarg extensions, trekking packages), purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed on our Cancellation Policy page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir having jurisdiction over any disputes. REPLACE-ME: confirm jurisdiction with your legal counsel.
